Transfer Credit Forms
Application for Writing F111X
Students with SAT or ACT test scores that place them into WRTG F211X, F212X, F213X, or F214X may fill out this form after taking the 200 level writing course at UAF with a grade of ‘C’ or higher to be awarded credit for WRTG F111X.
Credit for Certificate Form
Students can receive non-traditional credit through the Credit for Certificate process. If you have been awarded government or professional certificates you can submit them for review below. Certificates must be reviewed for credit by faculty, you can view all previously approved certificates on our . Any certificates that have not been previously approved for credit will be sent to faculty by Transfer Credit staff, and may take up to 30 days or longer to review.
GER Waiver Request Form
GER waivers can be applied for an Associate of Art, Associate of Science, or Bachelors degree previously earned at a prior institution. A GER waiver can also be granted if a student has completed all of the GER requirements at their previous institution, but have not earned a degree.
Transfer Credit Appeal
While the transfer credit team works diligently to evaluate your credits accurately, sometimes the information available to us is limited and may result in your classes transferring differently than you expected. If this is the case, we're happy to work with you! Submit an appeal and we'll re-evaluate your hard-earned credits.
