  • Cash or check in person or through the mail
    • Please note that we Do Not accept credit/debit cards in person or over the phone
  •  Online payments through UAOnline
    • Credit/debit card payments have a 3% processing fee
    • Webcheck payments have no fee
  •  Payment plans are available
    • There is a 65$ enrollment fee for most payment plans
    • They become available for students approximately three weeks before classes start

Account Payments & Payment Plans

We accept cash or check in or office or through the mail. We no longer accept credit/debit cards in person. Payment plans are available through UAOnline.

For any outside entity trying to make a payment on a student's account

Refunds and Direct Deposit 

Refunds for overpayments on student accounts. Direct Deposit is safer and faster for your money. Set it up through UAOnline

Request for Exceptions

Appeals for refund of tuition are exceptions to policy and are only approved in exceptional cases and factors beyond the student's control

Students appealing must fully withdraw from courses through the Registrar's office. Decisions will be made within 30 days of the appeals submission

They will then need to fill out the Bursar's

Late fees are appealed through the
