Alaska EPSCoR is accepting applications for seed awards to fund research and student research projects that supplement the or develop new research directions that respond to community needs in the Gulf of Alaska.
The deadline to apply is 5 p.m. AKDT on May 8, 2026.
Interface of Change is a five-year project funded by the National Science Foundation Established Program to Stimulate Competitive Research. The project investigates the resilience of marine harvest species and the coastal communities along the Gulf of Alaska that rely on them. A key goal for the project is to be responsive to community needs and feedback.
