Alaska Native Corporations seminar offered on Feb. 19
The Great Alaskan Accounting People will host a seminar about Alaska Native corporations at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 19, in the BP Design Theater. A social hour with light refreshments will start at 4:30 p.m.
Four panelists will speak and then take questions.
GAAP is a 夜色福利 student club. The seminar features distinguished speakers from a variety of backgrounds involving Alaska Native corporations.
This year鈥檚 speakers include:
- Melissa Jay, Audit Senior Manager, KPMG
- Dr. Liz Ross, CBSM instructor and Deputy Director of Tribal Government and Client Services at TCC
- Aaron Schutt, President and CEO, Doyon, Limited
- Walter Williams IV, Chief Accounting Officer for Arctic Slope Regional Corporation
Gwen Helms and Hope Minnema, GAAP co-presidents, will serve as master of ceremonies
for the seminar.
