As the spring 2026 semester kicks off, the Academic Compliance Office has a variety of helpful information and resources to share regarding Blue course evaluations.

Please see the Faculty Resource Page for helpful guides related to the upgrade to the latest version of Blue. We also encourage you to share the Student Resource Page with your students. - Question Personalization is an optional but valuable feature that allows instructors to add tailored questions to course surveys. This can provide more specific insights into the student experience. For full details, please see this guide.
- Course Evaluation Submission Window Dates are dependent on the duration of the course. Course evaluation survey submission dates for all courses can be found within your. For instructions on identifying survey submission dates, please see page 4 of this Guide.
- Offering Incentives to Students
In November 2025, Faculty Senate passed motion 2025/2026-292-4 focused on ensuring student anonymity in course evaluations. This motion allows Faculty to offer incentives for course evaluation submissions on a class-wide basis, and restricts Faculty from offering incentives on a student-by-student basis. For more information, see page 7 of this Guide.
