New Zoom web experience

The new Zoom web experience will be enabled for all users on Aug. 26. It offers a unified, intuitive interface with a redesigned homepage, a universal header, and simplified navigation. It includes a product waffle menu for cross-product navigation, a profile menu, and a new chat experience with pinned tabs, continuous meeting chats, and support for productivity tools. Users can now “try” or switch to the new experience if they choose.

Following Zoom's enablement on Aug. 26, users will not be able to switch back to the old interface.
