Supporting Teams, Strengthening Leaders workshop series

This series of workshops is designed to enhance leadership skills by focusing on essential workplace topics and addressing common employee issues. Participants will learn practical techniques for dealing with different types of situations and how to promote a more positive work environment. Workshops are live, instructor-led webinars that combine discussions, interactive exercises, and practical strategies, aimed at those in leadership roles. Workshops begin in September 2025.
