UAF seeks feedback on Customer Relationship Management software

The statewide-lead Customer Relationship Management request for proposal project team is gathering feedback on RFP requirements for an integrated UA-wide CRM system to replace Salesforce/Erx, Nanook Navigator, and Raiser’s Edge as a single platform for student relationship data and communications throughout the student journey — from initial recruitment and enrollment to graduation and ongoing alumni engagement. The CRM will be used supplementally to Banner, which will continue to be the source of record.

The team’s objective is to enhance the student experience by providing all three universities with a seamless, consistent and specialized CRM solution while simultaneously improving institutional coordination, communication, and service delivery. Additionally, a unified CRM will minimize redundant tasks, increase data accuracy, streamline operational workflows and equip faculty and staff with timely, relevant information to better support students.

Given the significant impact this system will have on how we engage with students and manage data in our daily roles, it is crucial we receive informed input from faculty and staff. Your insights are critical to ensuring the CRM aligns with actual needs, accommodates the diverse functions across campus, and ultimately empowers us to deliver exceptional services to our students and alumni.
