Updated risk management forms

To streamline risk management forms that require review and approval, the Environmental, Health, Safety and Risk Management office is beginning to convert PDF forms into DynamicForms in the NextGen platform.
This change should reduce the number of forms you need to access, streamline signature collection, ensure all requirements are met, assist with records tracking and retention, and ultimately save you time.
The updated versions of the Private Aircraft Authorization and the Private Vessel Authorization are now linked on the EHSRM website. UAF departments that still have links to the PDF-formatted forms should ensure the change is reflected on their websites. All UAF programs should begin using the NextGen version when individuals are utilizing private watercraft or aircraft for UAF business.
EHSRM will be announcing updates to additional forms as they are ready for use.
