Updated volunteer qualification checklist

To streamline risk management forms requiring reviews and approvals, the Environmental, Health, Safety and Risk Management office is beginning to change PDF forms into DynamicForms in the NextGen platform.
This change should reduce the number of forms you need to access, streamline the collection of signatures, ensure all requirements are met, assist with records tracking and retention, and ultimately save you time.
The was updated on April 15 on the EHSRM website. UAF departments that still have old links to a PDF format form should reflect the change on their websites. All UAF programs should begin utilizing the NextGen version when onboarding volunteers. The only significant change to the form is that proof of Title IX training is now required to be attached in order to submit the Volunteer Qualification Checklist.
EHSRM will be announcing updates to additional forms as they are ready for use.
